Return Policy
We hope you love every purchase from Calluna Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.
Online purchases are eligible for store credit only if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. Returns received after this timeframe will not be eligible for store credit or return.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
No return authorization is required. Simply email calluna.btx@gmail.com to request the return shipping address.
Please include the original packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included with your purchase and contains your order information and order number.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. After your return has been processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
Final Sale Items
All items purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

If a final sale item is returned, or if a return is received after the return window has expired, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any eligible store credit.
Due to hygiene reasons, returns of bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, and similar items will not be accepted. If these items are sent back to us, you will be required to purchase an $8 reshipment fee for the items to be returned to you.
Return Condition Requirements
Items must be returned in new, unworn condition and free of:

Any other stains, odors, or signs of wear
Please package your return neatly and wrap items in paper or other protective material to help prevent damage during transit.
Damaged Items
Any damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order.
Please email sales@calluna-boutique.com with photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly.
